What this workflow does

Polls a public feed (a supplier's RSS, a Google Alert turned into RSS, a retailer's press feed, or a niche restock-tracker site) on a schedule you set.
Matches by product: you supply the product list, only matching mentions continue.
Classifies the signal: Restock, Price Drop, or a general Mention, based on the language in the feed item.
Never alerts twice: a cross-run dedup check, stored in n8n's workflow static data, survives restarts and product-list edits.
Formats the match into a clean alert payload and hands off to a notification slot you wire to Slack, email, or Sheets.
